We offer quality childcare and Education for children between the ages of 3 months to Kindergarten who will benefit from:
· a well planned and resourced curriculum to take their healthy development forward.
· monitoring of their progress through the individual attention of a personal key-worker.
· an effective partnership with their families to ensure a positive impact on development and learning.

Our Nursery intends to meet the diverse needs of each individual child. We support them in developing their potential at their own pace by means of a planned and appropriate curriculum.
Most children will achieve and some, where appropriate, will go beyond the early learning goals. The Early Learning Goals establish expectations for most children to reach by the end of the foundation stage and are organised into six areas of learning.

Our operating concept gives you more information about basics of the organisation and our expirations in the new Nursery named `Schnappi` at Binzmuehlestr. 103 in Zurich-Nord, `Dino` , Mühlackerstrasse 104 and
`Dinolina`, Weidmannstrasse 12 in 8046 Zürich-Affoltern, `Fröschlihuus` Engstringerstrasse 8 in 8952 Schlieren, `Harmonie` Affolternstrasse 146 in 8050 Zürich-Nord and `Nessie` Wehntalerstrasse 184 in
8057 Zürich-Oerlikon.

The concept should help the personnel of the Nursery in the definition and in the understanding of its daily work. On the other hand for parents it is parents an overview should help in decision making to entrust us the engagement in growing of their children. Finally it is one of the most important documents needed to get the nursery work permit.

The concept - unfortunately to date versioned only in German - is considered also as an integrated component of the operating rules document and of the contract between the Association `Grow2gether` and the children development responsible persons.
